1. Program Description

Prime MSO may send text messages to individuals who have provided consent or with whom we are otherwise permitted to communicate by law. These messages may include, as applicable:

  • Care coordination messages
  • Eligibility, enrollment, or administrative updates
  • Billing or payment reminders
  • Document or form reminders
  • Customer service follow-up
  • One-time passcodes or account security alerts
  • Other operational messages related to services we administer

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Prime MSO to send you recurring or one-time text messages using automated or non-automated technology, as applicable, at the mobile number you provided.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving medical treatment, benefits, care coordination services, case management, payment, or eligibility for any program or service.

You represent that:

  • You are the subscriber for the mobile number provided, or
  • You are authorized to provide consent for that number

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on your relationship with Prime MSO, your requests, and the services being administered.

4. Opt-Out

7. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy and Security

Text messaging is not always secure. Do not send highly sensitive information by text message unless Prime MSO specifically instructs you to do so through an approved secure process.

Prime MSO may use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information used in connection with its SMS program. However, message transmission over mobile networks cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Supported Content Limits

Prime MSO may limit the type of information sent by SMS. For example, we may avoid including diagnosis details, full member identifiers, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive data in ordinary text messages unless required for an approved workflow and protected by appropriate safeguards.

10. Changing Your Number

If your mobile number changes, you agree to notify Prime MSO promptly before the number is reassigned to another person.

11. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally authorized, to enroll yourself in the SMS program, unless enrollment is completed by a parent, guardian, personal representative, or other authorized individual.

12. Changes to These Terms

Your continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
