Prime MSO may limit the content of standard SMS messages to reduce privacy risk. For certain matters, we may direct you to call us, use a secure portal, or use another approved communication channel instead of standard SMS.

4. California Privacy Notice

Categories of personal information collected:
Identifiers and contact information; customer or account records; communication records; internet or electronic network activity related to message interactions; and, where applicable, sensitive or health-related information as permitted by law.

Purposes for collection and use:
To operate the SMS program, provide requested communications, administer services, maintain records, protect security, comply with law, and support our business operations.

Retention:
We retain SMS-related information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, regulatory, audit, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, and contractual requirements.

Prime MSO does not sell your SMS opt-in data or consent records. Prime MSO does not share your SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose SMS-related information to:

  • Vendors, platform providers, and service providers that help us operate the SMS program
  • Delegated entities, providers, payors, clients, or affiliates, where appropriate and permitted
  • Auditors, regulators, accreditation bodies, and government agencies when required or permitted by law
  • Legal counsel, courts, or law enforcement when required or reasonably necessary
  • Successor entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of operations

Where required, Prime MSO uses appropriate contracts and confidentiality protections with vendors and service providers.

6. No Marketing by Third Parties

We do not provide your mobile number or SMS consent data to third parties for their own independent marketing or advertising.

7. Your Choices

You may:

  • Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP
  • Request help by replying HELP
  • Update your mobile number or communication preferences by contacting us
  • Request an alternative communication method where required or appropriate

8. Security

Prime MSO uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect SMS-related information. Even so, standard SMS may travel through networks not fully controlled by Prime MSO, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Minors

Prime MSO does not knowingly enroll a minor directly into the SMS program except through a parent, guardian, personal representative, or other legally authorized individual, or as otherwise permitted by law.
